• Patio Heaven warrants its frames from original purchaser as specified above against defects in workmanship and material. Original receipt is required for any claims. Proper maintenance, including routine cleaning, replacement of worn parts, lubrication of mechanical parts, and removal of products from high winds or severe climates is the sole responsibility of the owner/user and is required in order to keep this warranty in effect.

• When returning a part or item, the customer must arrange and pay for the return to and shipping from our warehouse upon issuance of Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA by Patio Heaven. Freight is not covered by any warranty policy; therefore all customers are responsible for all shipping expenses arising from returns/exchanges. The maximum liability is the purchase price of the failed item in the form of a credit to replace or purchase new product(s).

• Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a Patio Heaven error, a 25% restocking fee of the purchase price will be assessed only on approved RA’s on frames. No returns will be accepted without authorization. Any items that are customized are final and non-returnable. All approved returns or allowances will be credited on a prorated basis at our option.

• This warranty supersedes and replaces all implied warranties of merchantability and use for a particular purpose. No representative, employee, or agent of Patio Heaven or any other person is authorized to assume for Patio Heaven any additional liability or responsibility in connection with Patio Heaven’s merchandise except as described above. In no event shall Patio Heaven be liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages of any kind.

• Cushion fabric warranty covers fabric only through manufacturer according to its terms and limited liability. Re-sewing charge of replaced fabric is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

• The above guarantee does not cover failure or damage caused by improper and unreasonable applications, abuse, acts of nature, accidental damage repair or modifications by consumer, and/or abusive usage.

• This guarantee does not apply to faults or imperfections resulting from the passage of time or normal wear and tear.

• Repair or modification by any one other than Patio Heaven or an approved agent voids the warranty.

• Freight damage is not covered under our Patio Heaven Limited Product Warranty. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect freight before signing delivery receipt. Any damage claim arising from transportation should be filed with the freight company by the purchaser.

• Wash the furniture with a solution of mild detergent and water, rinse with clear water and dry thoroughly.

• For best protection, perform this maintenance two times per year.

• Please note that these durable materials can be safely cleaned as often as desired.

• Wash outdoor cushions with a solution of mild detergent and water, and thoroughly rinse with clear water.

• Stand cushions on end, and allow to air dry completely.

• Heavy stains can be removed by a bleach solution.

• Removable cushion covers may be machine-washed in cold water with mild laundry soap and air-dried.

For woven furniture, Patio Heaven uses polyethylene-based fiber, the highest quality of woven material, unlike PVC or resin. The fibers are non-toxic (even when burned, no toxic substances are generated) and 100% recyclable. For the cushions, solution-dyed acrylic is the best quality in outdoor fabric. The cushion cores are made from polyester fill or high-density foam which has much lower water retention level, depending on weather conditions at your outdoor setting. Premium dry fast foam upgrade for commercial use is also available upon request for an additional fee.
